What is your price per T-shirt?
Price per T-shirt depends from your wishes according to quantity, color, desired shipping date etc. . Please use our order inquiry form and we contact you.

Dou you have a catalog or a folder?
Our information folder in pdf format will be online very soon. You can download this folder from our website.

Do i have to register for a order inquiry?
You have to register with a valid email address. Everybody who's interested in Jazzy et James bamboo wear kan use our order inquiry form.

How do i place a order??
Please use our order inquiry formand we contact you within 24 hours.

Do you use a minimum?
Minimum order starts at 200 pcs per size.

What are you case quantities?
200 - 400 - 600 - 800 - 1000 >

Can i order custom / special colors?
We deliver standard colors. However if you need a special color we deliver your special color.

What payment methods and trade credits are available?
PayPal is is our preffered payment method but in principle all payment methods and trade credits are possible.

Where is my delivery? Can I track my packages?
We use a tracking system so you can track your package.

Which products are best for screen printing?
All bamboo products we deliver are extremely suited for imprint.

Can you provide washing instructions?
Is part of our order procedure. You can also mail us and ask for it.

Where are Jazzy et James products made?
Production takes place in China (Oeko-Text Standard 100) . Our pattern and imprint design department  is located in Nijmegen, The Netherlands.

You need our permission.
